Et voici le Top 25 sur Fox Sports :

Citation:
1. Florida: We figured Joakim Noah would be working out for NBA teams about now, but that didn't happen and he and his teammates shockingly opted to stay together and return to Gainesville in a bid to defend their national championship. The Gators return all five starters — Noah (14.2 ppg, 7.1 rpg), forward Al Horford (11.3 ppg, 7.6 rpg), wing Corey Brewer (12.7 ppg), point guard Taurean Green (13.3 ppg) and shooting guard Lee Humphrey (10.9 ppg). They also bring back reserve big man Chris Richard (5.9 ppg, 3.6 rpg) and backup point guard Walter Hodge. Virtually the only losses of note were that of reserve forward Adrian Moss and assistant coach Anthony Grant, who left for the head gig at VCU. Add freshman forwards Jonathan Mitchell and Dan Werner along with wings Brandon Powell and Doneal Mack, who provide depth, and you've got a team that is numero uno until proven otherwise.

2. Kansas: You can take it to the bank that the Jayhawks won't be bowing out in the first round again. Not with their top seven scorers back — and also two of the top freshman in the country coming into the program. Brandon Rush surprised many by returning to Lawrence after a freshman campaign in which he led the team in scoring (13.5) and rebounding (5.9). Bill Self will also return Mario Chalmers, Russell Robinson, Julian Wright, Sasha Kaun, Darnell Jackson and C.J. Giles. The Jayhawks also bring in a pair of McDonald's All-Americans: point guard Sherron Collins and forward Darrell Arthur.

3. Pittsburgh: Panthers guard Carl Krauser is gone, but Jamie Dixon will welcome back virtually everyone else — including 7-footer Aaron Gray, who decided to return for his senior year and will be one of the top big men in the country next season. Krauser was tough and his fearless approach will be difficult to replace, but Pittsburgh will return a trio of quality guards — juniors Ronald Ramon and Keith Benjamin and sophomore Levance Fields. The Panthers will also add East Carolina transfer Mike Cook, a versatile wing who could even see time at the point. Dixon & Co. will have forwards Sam Young and Levon Kendall — who split time at power forward this season — alongside Gray.

4. Ohio State: The Buckeyes welcome in the most heralded recruit in the country in 7-footer Greg Oden, but Thad Matta will also bring in a trio of other top players: Oden's teammate, poised point guard Mike Conley, and a pair of wings — Daequan Cook and David Lighty. That quartet will be joined by holdover senior wing Ron Lewis (11.2 ppg), junior guard Jamar Butler (10.1 ppg, 144 assists) and role players such as senior forward Ivan Harris, junior big man Matt Terwilliger and 6-9 sophomore Brayden Bell. Oh yeah, Ohio State lost Terence Dials (15.3 ppg, 8 rpg), J.J. Sullinger (10.2 ppg) and Matt Sylvester (7.4 ppg). Big deal.

5. North Carolina: The Tar Heels were much better than anyone could have imagined last season after watching nearly their entire team depart after winning the national title two years ago. Roy Williams' squad is loaded again this year with most of the key players returning — and a freshman class that is arguably tops in the nation. UNC loses David Noel (12.9 ppg, 6.8 rpg), but that's about it (we don't count Byron Sanders as much of a loss). The Tar Heels return all-everything big man Tyler Hansbrough (18.9 ppg, 7.8 rpg), senior forward Reyshawn Terry (14.3 ppg) and a variety of guys who may have to accept decreased roles this year: sophomores Danny Green (7.5 ppg), Bobby Fraser (6.4 ppg) and Marcus Ginyard (6.3). Look out for incoming freshman Tywon Lawson, who could be the top point guard in the country by the end of the year, as well as shooting guard Wayne Ellington, versatile forward Brandan Wright and 6-8 big man Deon Thompson. All should waste little time making an impact.

6. UCLA: The Bruins lost seniors Ryan Hollins and Cedric Bozeman — both starters off a team that advanced to the championship game — but Ben Howland's squad took a far more significant hit when point guard Jordan Farmar opted to leave for the NBA. However, sophomore Darren Collison will get a chance to prove he is capable of sliding into Farmar's spot. The Bruins will also return 6-foot-5 junior shooting guard Arron Afflalo, who tested the NBA waters, sophomore do-it-all forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute (9.1 ppg, 8.2 rpg) and also wing Josh Shipp, who returns to the fold after playing just four games a year ago. Sophomores Alfred Aboya, Mike Roll and Ryan Wright will continue to improve and the Bruins will welcome in solid freshman power forward James Keefe.

7. Wisconsin: The Badgers literally bring everyone back other than Ray Nixon and Bo Ryan's team will be led, once again, by senior forward Alando Tucker (19 ppg). Big man Brian Butch (9.9 ppg, 6 rpg) and senior guard Kammron Taylor (14.2 ppg) will give Tucker some help. Look for Michael Flowers' role to expand next season. The Badgers, who return 91.2 percent of their scoring from a year ago, will also bring in a pair of highly regarded recruits — guards Jason Bohannon and Trevon Hughes.

8. Alabama: The Crimson Tide didn't really lose much off the team that finished last year strong. Mark Gottfried's squad played without senior forward Chuck Davis for the last half of the season after he suffered a season-ending injury. The core returns, led by junior point guard Ron Steele (14.3 ppg), senior forward Jermareo Davidson (14.3 ppg, 8.9 rpg), sophomore power forward Richard Hendrix (9.4 ppg, 8 rpg) and sophomore wing Alonzo Gee (8.5 ppg). The biggest question mark for the Tide is depth and whch of the freshman will step up and contribute right away. It would help if either Avery Jukes, Demetrius Jemison or junior college forward Mykal Riley can provide help on a fairly thin frontline.

9. Creighton: The Bluejays lost their leading scorer, Johnny Mathies, but Dana Altman's team will be much better with the return of Nate Funk — who missed all but six games with a shoulder injury and was granted a medical hardship to play this season. Funk averaged 17.8 points two years ago and is arguably the best player in the Missouri Valley Conference. Creighton was also without the services of guard Josh Dotzler, who made the Missouri Valley Conference all-freshman team, for the final seven games of the season. Altman will also have seniors Anthony Toliver (13.2 ppg, 6.7 rpg) and Nick Porter (9.5 ppg) back in the fold as well as 6-8 junior forward Dane Watts (7.3 ppg, 5.4 rpg).

10. Arizona: Lute Olson loses Hassan Adams, Chris Rodgers and Isaiah Fox. Adams didn't have a great senior campaign, Rodgers was a chemistry killer and all Fox did was take up space on the bench. Mustafa Shakur finally looked like the highly touted point guard he was supposed to be out of high school and after testing the waters, he decided to come back for his senior campaign. Freshman Marcus Williams (13 ppg) is a budding star and the Wildcats also welcome back senior forward Ivan Radenovic (12.1 ppg, 6.3 rpg), talented junior wing Jawann McClellan, who played just two games a year ago because of injuries and suspension, and junior center Kirk Walters, who will need to step up and give the Wildcats a true post threat. Incoming freshman Chase Budinger should waste little time before making an impact in Tucson. He has the potential to be one of the best players Olson has ever coached.

11. Memphis: The Tigers lost senior Rodney Carney, freshman forward Shawne Williams and sophomore guard Darius Washington. Carney and Williams will be missed; Washington will not. Despite losing its three top scorers, Memphis will still be a team capable of making a Final Four run. Sophomore wings Chris Douglass-Roberts (8.3 ppg) and Antonio Anderson (7.2 ppg) will team with junior rebounding machine Joey Dorsey (6.9 ppg, 7.5 rpg) and sophomores Robert Dozier and Kareem Cooper. John Calipari will likely have incoming freshman Willie Kemp and sophomore Andre Allen split the point guard duties.

12. Duke: Blue Devils stars J.J. Redick (26.8 ppg) and Shelden Williams (18.8 ppg, 10.7 rpg) have both graduated and Lee Melchionni and Sean Dockery are also gone, but don't feel too sorry for Coach K and the Blue Devils. A pair of sophomores will lead Duke this season: Athletic 6-10 forward Josh McRoberts (8.7 ppg, 5.3 rpg), who contemplated jumping to the NBA before deciding to return to Durham, and savvy point guard Greg Paulus. Junior shooting guard DeMarcus Nelson will also be back in the fold — joining a highly touted incoming freshman class that includes ultra-athletic wings Gerald Henderson Jr. and Lance Thomas, 7-footer Brian Zoubek and skilled shooting guard Jonathan Scheyer.

13. Marquette: Tom Crean and the Golden Eagles will certainly miss the 17.5 points per game that departed when sweet-shooting 6-9 senior Steve Novak graduated, but they'll have someone to come in and fill the void with freshman wing Lazar Hayward. The nucleus, other than Novak, remains intact with the team's top three guards — Dominic James (15.3 ppg, 5.4 apg), Jerel McNeal (11.1 ppg, 4.5 rpg) and Wesley Matthews (9 ppg) — all returning for their sophomore season. The key will be up front, where junior forward Dan Fitzgerald (5.3 ppg) will need some help from guys like Ousmane Barro and Mike Kinsella.

14. Washington: Brandon Roy is history and his statsheet-stuffing numbers and versatility will be nearly impossible to replace, but the Huskies will have a pair of talented young big men — rising sophomore Jon Brockman and incoming freshman center Spencer Hawes — to go along with sophomore point guard Justin Dentmon, junior wing Joel Smith and junior guard Ryan Appleby. Lorenzo Romar has also brought in three more Top 100 recruits in addition to Hawes — wings Quincy Pondexter and Phil Nelson and guard Adrian Oliver.

15. Georgia Tech: Paul Hewitt's Yellow Jackets should be the most improved team in the country — thanks to a pair of incoming freshman, point guard Javaris Crittenton and forward Thaddeus Young. Crittenton will get the ball from Day 1 and he'll have some other talent around him: Junior forward Jeremis Smith (11 ppg, 8.2 rpg), junior center Ra'Sean Dickey (13.2 ppg, 6.8 rpg) and guards Anthony Morrow (16 ppg) and Lewis Clinch (8.9 ppg). The only losses were that of Zam Fredrick and Theodis Tarver — both easily replaceable.

16. Connecticut: Two words. Hasheem Thabeet. We're one of the few that have actually seen the 7-foot-3 Tanzanian and he's the real deal. Jim Calhoun has lost so much that Jeff Adrien is the team's top returning scorer at 6.5 points per game. Gone are the top six scorers: Rudy Gay, Rashad Anderson, Marcus Williams, Denham Brown, Josh Boone and Hilton Armstrong. The good news is that point guard A.J. Price has finally been cleared after two years on the sidelines for health and suspension issues. Athletic sophomore wing Marcus Johnson will get a chance to show what he can do and Thabeet joins an impressive incoming freshman class that includes forwards Curtis Kelly and Stanley Robinson in addition to guards Jerome Dyson and Dougie Wiggins.

17. Georgetown: With Jeff Green (11.9 ppg, 6.5 rpg) and Roy Hibbert (11.6 ppg, 6.9 rpg) back and a pair of the top freshman big men in the country, Vernon Macklin and DeJuan Summers, coming in, the Hoyas should be near the top of the Big East next year. The key will be how much they can get out of their guards. Ashanti Cook is gone, so Doc Rivers' son, Jeremiah, will have every opportunity to step right in and make an impact. Sophomores Jessie Sapp, Tay Spann, Marc Egerson and Josh Thornton will also get a look. Patrick Ewing Jr., a transfer from Indiana, will also be eligible.

18. LSU: With the departure of Tyrus Thomas and guard Darrel Mitchell, so goes the Tigers' chances of competing for a national title. They will still be good, especially with the addition of Marquette transfer Dameon Mason. However, Thomas was the difference-maker and that's nothing against Glen "Big Baby" Davis, the 6-foot-9 junior who averaged 18.6 points and 9.7 rebounds last season, or Bahama native Magnum Rollle, who now has the unenviable task of trying to replace Thomas. Mason and Davis will have some help in the form of sophomore forward Tasmin Mitchell, solid guard Garrett Temple and the return of enigmatic junior point guard Tack Minor.

19. Texas A&M: Aggies coach Billy Gillespie did an impressive job this season, earning a spot in the NCAA tournament with a bunch of unheralded players in College Station. Texas A&M returns almost all of its key players — senior guard Acie Law (16.1 ppg) and junior big man Joseph Jones (15.3 ppg, 6.5 rpg) are the big two — and they also have a large in-state recruiting class that includes highly touted in-state forward Bryan Davis. The Aggies return their top six scorers from a year ago and will have a chance to finish near the top of the Big 12.

20. Hofstra: There's a good reason why Tom Pecora stayed put. He's got his top three returning scorers back in the fold — guards Loren Stokes (17.4 ppg), Antoine Agudio (17.2) and Carlos Rivera (11.7) — as well as Lithuanian sophomore forward Arminas Urbutis (11.1 ppg, 7.3 rpg). Despite having Urbutis back, Pecora will need to find frontline guys to replace Aurims Kieza and Adrian Uter (9.3 ppg, 7.8 rpg). Incoming freshman Greg Washington is the most likely candidate after spending a year at Winchendon (Mass.).

21. Southern Illinois: Chris Lowery's Salukis return all five starters — Jamaal Tatum, Tony Young, Matt Shaw, Randal Falker and Bryan Mullins — from a team that went 22-11 this past season. Tatum was the leading scorer at 15 per contest while Young, a fellow senior, put up 11.6 per game. Shaw (10 ppg, 5.7) and Falkner (9.1 ppg, 7.8 rpg) are a formidable duo up front and Mullins, who was arguably the top freshman is the league a year ago, gives Southern Illinois a poised floor leader who makes quality decisions.

22. Tennessee: The Vols lose C.J. Watson and his 15-plus points per game, but Bruce Pearl still has a trio of experienced seniors — shooting machine Chris Lofton (17.2 ppg), big man Major Wingate (10.6 ppg) and wing Dane Bradshaw (7.1 ppg) — in addition to one of the top recruiting classes in the country. Look for undersized power forward Duke Crews, big man Wayne Chism and combo guards Marques Johnson and Ramar Smith all to make an instant impact in Knoxville.

23. Wichita State: Big man Paul Miller and his 13.1 points and 6.6 boards are gone, but Shockers coach Mark Turgeon — whose team went to the Sweet 16 a year ago — returns just about everyone else of note. Juniors Sean Ogirri (12 ppg) and P.J. Cousinard (10.2 ppg) are back and so are seniors Kyle Wilson (11.3 ppg) and Karon Bradley (8 ppg). Turgeon also has one of the Missouri Valley's best incoming freshmen in Arkansas native Arbry Butler (6-7) and if they land Israeli star guard Gal Mekel, that would be a major coup.

24. Nevada: With Nick Fazekas returning for his senior year, that means Mark Fox and the Wolf Pack fans are smiling. Fazekas averaged 21.8 points and 10.4 boards per game and was the WAC Player of the Year as a junior. Also back are 6-5 junior guard Marcelus Kemp (15 ppg), senior Kyle Shiloh (8.7 ppg), junior point guard Ramon Sessions and senior forward Demarshay Johnson. Nevada will also bring in a strong recruiting class with big men Matt LaGrane and Javale McGee as well as shooter Tyrone Hanson and guard Brandon Fields.

25. Louisville: Rick Pitino will lose Taquan Dean, but the Cardinals head man returns Juan Palacios (10.2 ppg, 6.3 rpg) and David Padgett (11.8 ppg, 6.1 rpg) up front, 6-6 wing Terrence Williams (8.4 ppg) and guards Brandon Jenkins (11.2 ppg) and Andre McGee. He also welcomes in a talented recruiting class that includes maligned big man Derrick Caracter, versatile 6-8 fellow New Jersey native Earl Clark, point guard Edgar Sosa and combo guard Jerry Smith.

Je me suis trop avancé ^^

Clemson est sous-soté, mais je pense qu'ils peuvent retrouver leur lustre du passé. Les grandes équipes ne meurent jamais.
